Specifically designed for automotive interior applications, the Empilon Automotive Series features low VOC and odor emission properties, ensuring compliance with stringent automotive requirements. With a Shore A hardness range of 50 to 85, this series caters to a broad spectrum of automotive interior needs. There are 4 sub-series under automotive TPE family: 

• CPGA: General purpose 

• CPKA: Low gravity 
• CPAC: 2K molding with PC, PC/ABS

With Shore A hardness ranging from 40 to 80, this series offers three sub-series (HA2, HA3, and HA4) tailored to specific applications. For example, HA2 and HA3 Possess excellent UV stability while HA4 provides an unparalleled silky touch feeling and high bonding and tensile strength. In the HA series, UL 94 V0 flame retardant grades are available too. 

Empilon HA series are widely used for consumer goods, CE applications & automotive accessaries. 

For applications that demand exceptional transparency, the Empilon HC Series is the ideal choice. Its Shore A hardness range of 25 to 60, coupled with its excellent bonding properties with PMMA, PC, and amorphous polyamides like Grilamid TR, makes it the preferred solution for transparent 2K molding with PC. 

The Empilon HN Series addresses the challenge of finding suitable elastomers for 2K molding with PA6, PA66, PA6+GF, PA66+GF, PA12, PA12+GF, PPA, and PPA+GF. This series provides exceptional bonding strength, even with high percentages of glass fiber reinforcement, without the need of adhesives. 

The Empilon HB Series is specifically designed for bonding with CA (cellulose acetate), PBT, and POM without the need for adhesives. The Empilon RHA Series provides two options for recycled TPE: PIR (Post-Industrial Recycled) and PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled). With PIR and PCR percentages ranging from 40% to 60%, this series offers a sustainable choice while maintaining good bonding performance. All recycled resources used for Empilon RHA are traceable with GRS certification. Available from Shore A60 to A80.
